Healing Presence

Transforming Our Emotional Lives with Somatic Meditation

Six weeks of practices and discussions from the leading edge of trauma theory, neuroscience, and Buddhism.

Begins July 18th
Only 20 spots available

The body is a veritable cosmos.

Like a diary, it holds a record of all our lived experiences and all our unprocessed emotions.

Like a teacher, it can show us how to “let go”, how to heal and resolve our traumas and hurts.

Like a mystic, it is the seat of a powerful intuition and can show us the way to genuine quietude and serenity in meditation.

Yet we tend to live life up in our heads, ensconced in never-ending thought, all the while wondering why our traumas aren’t healing in therapy, why we’re sometimes confused by our reactions to things, and why we seem to have lost touch with the direction and purpose of our lives.

In this six week series, we will utilize meditation and breathwork to reclaim our inherent relationship to the body. You will learn how to restore and rewire your nervous system and how to establish wakeful spaciousness in meditation.
